Shipping & Returns

 

Shipping

We offer flat-rate shipping directly from our online store to any address within Australia serviced by Australia Post.  You can select to ship to one or multiple addresses during the simple checkout process.

Shipping options are (1) Flat Rate per Delivery Address, $7.95 (2) Flat Rate per Delivery Address-Express, $14.95 (for next day delivery to addresses in the Express Post Network) .. see Shipping Time Estimates and the Express Post Network for more information. 

Free shipping applies to all orders where your total purchase is $100 or more and we may also offer free shipping for certain products or product ranges from time to time.  Free shipping will be offered automatically at checkout if it applies to your purchase.

Once your payment is confirmed we will ship your order/s on that same day(if it's a business day and before 2pm) or on the nest business day(if it's a non-business day or after 2pm).

You will receive email confirmation when your order is shipped and from then it should arrive within 1-5 business days(depending on the shipping option you choose and the delivery address).  We are able to track your shipment/s so please contact us if it/they have not arrived in the time you expect.

 The Australia Post representative will require a signature upon delivery of your shipment/s.  If there is no-one to sign for the delivery it will be returned to your local post office from where you can collect it at your convenience. 

 For those customers living close to our Crows Nest store we will automatically offer a free 'Pickup from Store' option.  If you choose this option your order will be wrapped(if required) and be available for you to collect from the store on the next business day or at your convenience.

Returns

Please choose carefully as we do not normally offer refunds or exchange goods if you simply change your mind. 

You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit note where goods are faulty, wrongly described, different from a sample shown to you or don't do what they are supposed to do.  In any of these cases we will also pay the return shipping costs (privided the shipping is organized according to our instructions).

To request a return for an item that you purchased when signed-in to your account you can simply sign-in, choose 'Return Requests' from the account management menu and follow the simple return request process.
